  • Is a prototype required to apply?

    No. A prototype is not mandatory at the application stage. Applicants must clearly explain the problem, proposed solution, and expected impact on farmers. Shortlisted innovators will later be guided for detailed technical development.

  • What is the last date to apply?

    The last date to submit applications for Agri Innovation Quest 2026 is 31 March 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

  • How will the ideas be evaluated?

    Submissions will be evaluated based on innovation, practicality, scalability, sustainability, and the real impact they can create for farmers. The focus is on solutions that can be implemented at scale in Indian agricultural conditions.

  • What happens after selection?

    From all applications, the top 100 innovators will be shortlisted. From them, 15 final innovators will be selected for investment, manufacturing support, execution guidance, and deployment of their solutions on farms.

  • What support will the final innovators receive?

    The top 15 innovators will receive direct investment, prototype development assistance, manufacturing support, end-to-end execution guidance, and deployment of their innovations across Indian farms. Kisaan Parivar will take responsibility for scaling and grassroots implementation.

  • Is academic authorization required for students?

    Yes. Every student applicant must submit written authorization from a project guide, HOD, Dean, or institutional authority. Applications without official authorization will be rejected.

  • What makes this challenge different from other innovation contests?

    Agri Innovation Quest 2026 is designed to take ideas beyond presentations. Kisaan Parivar commits to funding, manufacturing, and deploying selected innovations directly to farms, ensuring real-world impact and large-scale farmer benefit.
